Congratulations to us, we have won a popularity contest and the prize is painful delays for many new customers. In other words, we are very busy due to our success (see our portfolio). To be honest, we are fortunate enough to be able to pick and choose since we get several requests for our services and the winners usually end up being easy yard access, great “before and after” potential, and friendly customer personality (job size is not a factor, we do big and small jobs). As we are a small company, our apologies in advance, but we get backed up and it often becomes a waiting game. Although we have not advertised in years and we only work in Lake of the Pines, we are planted on some fairly large jobs for months at a time. 5) You call us anytime issues come up in the future and we come out and resolve it
** add-ons are typical on about 90% of jobs, therefore your spot in line does not get changed but timelines are constantly adjusting and an exact start date is impossible to nail down
